Hilloween, A Capitol Hill Hilloween Spooktacular! FREE! 11am-1pm – Trick or Treat in Pike/Pine (Start at Chophouse Row) 1pm-4pm – Hilloween Carnival (AIDS Memorial Pathway Plaza) 4pm-6pm – Trick or Treat on Broadway (Start at Carnival). Entertainment from Spooky drag story time, a costume contest (pets AND kids allowed in contest), a magician, games, candy, crafts, and a costume parade led by the Chaotic Noise Marching Corps down Broadway for trick-or-treating. We're also partnering with the Pike/Pine neighborhood to do a PRE-event trick or treat in that neighborhood. Best of all, this year, we're actually on Halloween, so you only have to get dressed up once. Once the trick or treating ends of Broadway, head off to your favorite Capitol Hill haunts to continue the fun. Hilloween is FREE for all. Hope to see you there!
