We're also partnering with the Pike/Pine neighborhood to do a PRE-event trick or treat in that neighborhood. Best of all\, this year\, we're actually on Halloween\, so you only have to get dressed up once. Once the trick or treating ends of Broadway\, head off to your favorite Capitol Hill haunts to continue the fun. Hilloween is FREE for all. Hope to see you there!
