About the Role
HD Solutions, LLC is seeking a self-driven Independent Sales Contractor (1099) to market and promote Auditelligence, a web-based audit management platform. This is a performance-based opportunity designed for individuals who thrive with autonomy and are motivated by commission-driven earnings. 

What You’ll Do

• Independently source and qualify leads. 
• Deliver product pitches and translate compliance/audit terminology into business value for small and mid-sized manufacturers.
• Guide prospects through the process and route contracts through the Company’s sales portal. 
• Report sales for referral logging. 
• Maintain strong tracking of leads and follow-ups to prevent lost opportunities. 

Compensation (Commission + Residuals)

• New subscription commissions (based on deals closed in a calendar month):
  • Deals 1–3: 25% 
  • Deals 4–6: 30% 
  • Deals 7+: 35% 
• Accelerator bonus: $1,000 when new gross sales in a month are $20,000+. 
• Residual commissions:
  • Year 2 renewal: 10% of annual renewal value 
  • Year 3+ renewal: 5% annually for the life of the account

Training & Tools Provided
HD Solutions provides training and sales enablement materials including a 1-page benefits summary, outreach templates, pitch script, preview guide, and lead strategy sheet. Training is unpaid, self-paced, and includes assessments and a sales-based interview demonstration. 

What Success Looks Like

• Strong internal motivation and ability to prospect/close without direct supervision.
• Exceptional communication, able to clearly explain software and compliance language in practical business terms.
• Organized and disciplined approach to lead tracking and documentation. 

Preferred (but not required) Experience

• B2B sales, consulting, and/or SaaS sales preferred. 
• Familiarity with manufacturing, compliance, or quality systems is helpful. 
• Comfortable presenting technical software in business terms.

Represent Auditelligence accurately, avoid misrepresentation, and maintain confidentiality. 

Contractor Status / Requirements

• This role is independent contractor (1099); the contractor is responsible for their own taxes and must submit a W-9 prior to the first payment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
