Plenty of Clouds is a neighborhood restaurant, located in Capitol Hill. The menu is inspired by the cuisines of China's Sichuan & Yunnan Provinces. Chef Travis Post and partner Lisa Zack operate Noodle/Bar in SLU, Dump Truck in Ballard at Cloudburst, and Noodle Cart in Capitol Hill at Stoup Brewery.
