I'm Jesse Swingle, founder of Cedar Collaborative, a fractional marketing leadership practice based in Seattle. I work with founder- and executive-led companies, professional services firms, and nonprofits at go-to-market inflection points, where growth has outpaced the marketing behind it.

Every engagement starts with a defined discovery period before any campaign work begins, so the plan reflects what's actually happening in the business rather than a standard playbook. From there I step in as senior marketing leadership: sharpening positioning, building the go-to-market systems that were missing, and staying close enough to execution that nothing stalls waiting on direction.
